About Longleaf

Longleaf, a partnership between Birmingham Recovery Center and LIV Ventures, was created in 2022 to bring additional outpatient addiction and mental health treatment options to Alabama.

Longleaf Wellness Center & Longleaf Recovery Center

Longleaf will be expanding the Birmingham Recovery Center location on a connected site with the construction of Longleaf Wellness Center. The new facility will be a partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program, focusing on primary mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. In addition, Longleaf has secured a site to expand its substance use disorder and mental health treatment model to Madison, Alabama with Longleaf Recovery Center – Madison. Plans for further expansion to other areas of the state, such as Baldwin County, are underway.”

Testimonials

The whole team of counselors and doctors at BRC have been so helpful for our family. They’re so kind and knowledgeable, and they not only help the addict, they help the family affected. We 100% recommend them and believe they are one of the best places in Alabama to seek help.

The leadership here is exceptional, both personally and professionally. They have first hand knowledge and experience that many organizations lack. The facility is also stellar. Top notch all the way around and I am really excited about the impact that they are going to have on the community.
